What happens if a collector has no signal all day?
Everything works. Readings, splits, receipts, and printing all run locally. The moment the device sees the internet again, data syncs idempotently — no duplicates, no lost stops.
Which printers are supported?
Bluetooth Bixolon thermal printers (SPP-R200III, SPP-R310, and compatible models) via the native SDK. Browser-based fallback printing is available for any standard printer.
How are splits and payouts calculated?
Per-location rules let you configure flat fees, percentage splits, and overrides. Gross, payout, net, and take-home are computed in real time as the collector enters readings.
Can I limit what each collector sees?
Yes. RBAC scopes data by Company ID and Location. Collectors only see their assigned routes; admins see everything in their org.
Where does the data live?
Encrypted locally on the device, then synced to an Oracle enterprise database with full audit history. You can export anywhere.
